Project Management

Seen as a critical element in any project delivery, Project Management is offered to clients as a key service of ANYA. Our methodology has been developed over three decades of experience of working with the construction industry in both the established markets of Europe and the emerging markets in the Far East and the MENA region. The processes and procedures adopted, allow ANYA to deliver Projects for our Clients respecting program requirements, Quality standards and agreed budgets.

Our Project Management team have principally been selected from Development backgrounds and therefore have a fundamental understanding of Development imperatives, thereby recognising the need to maintain and ensure the viability of Projects by managing the cost and program.

Delivery of a Project to the designated standard of Quality is a clear Project Management requirement. ANYA uses the unique knowledge base of its senior, highly experienced Project Managers to ensure best value is acheived for the selection of materials and services together with the control of installation on site.

Investment Advice and Programmes

Our philosophy is built around our understanding of property investment for developers and owners of property assets.

Also, we ensure the client’s development proposition is prepared so as to be viewed in the best light by potential investors or financiers.

Marketing/Sales

ANYA will work as partners with clients, develop real estate strategies that align with the business’s corporate and financial objectives.

ANYA through market insight and foresight will research and recommend the correct vehicles for any media and either develops in house marketing team for the client or recommend the appropriate resource/company if the role is outsourced.

The experience of the ANYA team ensures that clients can either take their projects to market for Sales/Leasing or publicize their projects.

In order to do this ANYA will
